With this crochet pattern, you can make yourself amazing eco friendly face scrubbies or make-up remover pads.
Use
I like to use them as gentle scrubbers for my face. Just add your normal face wash product and gently wash your face with a scrubbie. Your skin wil be much cleaner! You can also use them to apply lotion or remove make-up.
Eco friendly
The face scrubbies light up your bathroom with their beautiful pattern. They are the same size as normal pads and fit in pad dispensers, but they can be washed and reused over and over again. Did you know many scrub products contain small plastic balls that are essentially just flushed into the oceans? With face scrubbies, you can scrub your skin with pure cotton instead of plastic. Skill level
Intermediate: basic knowledge of different crochet stitches is required. Any special stitches are explained in the pattern.
Yarn
I used leftover fine cotton yarn. I like to use Schachenmayr Catania or Scheepjes Catona yarn, but you can use any fine yarn that is 100 % cotton.

Color blind friendly
I made an effort to make all of the Home of Yarns patterns color blind friendly, with dark text on a white background and if a chart is included, it is always in addition to written out instructions. For the charts, I use symbols in either black and white or other highly contrasting color combinations. I am quite positive that I did a good job, but I am no expert on color blindness. If you need any assistance reading the pattern, please don’t hesitate to reach out to me and I will be happy to help you out.
